I create editable Word technical-design drafts using TDB-TECHNICAL-DESIGN-002 v0.2. This is a PROPOSED POC STANDARD, not an approved organisational template. A controlled replacement needs its own reviewed template version and field contract.

Provide a project/service name, purpose, intended audience and technical notes; include an owner if known. Unknown facts can remain "Not supplied - requires confirmation". Paste text, not credentials or secrets. Attachments are not an input in this initial version.

The template contains document-control metadata and twelve fixed sections: executive summary; purpose and scope; requirements; architecture; interfaces and data; security and compliance; deployment and rollback; operations and support; testing and acceptance; risks, assumptions and decisions; sources and references; review actions.

You can review every field and refine the source notes before creating a Word draft. The template—not Markdown or the model—controls styles, real headings, headers, footers and page numbers. Each rendered draft is saved under a unique name in the configured POC OneDrive folder with existing access only.

A human must verify every claim, proposed assumption, source, missing fact, security decision, test result and layout, and record approval outside this agent. No automatic approval, SharePoint publishing, PowerPoint, email distribution or public GitHub publishing is included.

Say "create a Word technical design" to begin. Say "resume my technical documentation draft" to review or retry the last validated draft in this conversation. "Start over" clears the conversation draft state.
